She was always readily available by text to give us updates or answer questions, which was extremely helpful given the 2 hour time difference while we were still in California preparing to move to Chicago. Cathy made everything so easy, giving us direction on what we needed to do next, and offering resources for things like attorneys and inspections companies. I would use her again in a heartbeat, but hopefully we have found our forever home.”
